About Us
Monica Mendivil was raised in an entrepreneurial family. She began working at a young age helping in the family business; first in manufacturing, and eventually moving to sales, where she found her passion for exporting and for dealing with foreign buyers.
She entered the Real Estate arena after investing in a property and becoming a Landlord in 2008 after the market crashed and loves serving the needs of buyers and sellers with relocating deadlines.
Monica loves servicing the Real Estate needs of local home sellers – from staging their home to landscaping for gorgeous curve appeal – and finding homebuyers for their dream home in the Central Florida area.
Monica has a great eye for investing and enjoys creatively working with investors, using self-directed IRAs, 1031 exchanges, opportunity zones and private investment loans as investment structures, while maximizing their returns by improving units and increasing rental potential.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Management from Everest University.
Monica has earned several designations, including as her GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), CIPS (Certified International Professional Specialist, MRP (Military Relocation Professional) and SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Certification. Monica has developed many international connections, while helping military personnel and people in need when they are faced with losing their home.
Monica is the founding Broker for Sunshine Premium Properties, LLC, which serves Orange, Osceola and Brevard Counties.
In addition to English, Monica speaks fluent Spanish and Portuguese.
