My husband is a Veteran from the Vietnam area. We were able to use our VA benefits to purchase our home. And my son is a Veteran from Iraq, we found his family a home with 100% financing that he deserved.
I have been a Realtor for many years and focused on VA loans to get our Heroes in homes with 100% financing. It gives me such great pleasure to see the happiness on the faces of our service men and women. I lived in Seattle when I began my Real Estate career and had the honor to work with our veterans from the Naval Base. The VA loan is one of the best loans out there.
It brings me joy to help our Heroes including our law enforcement, teachers and medical professionals. There are so many programs that focus on helping our Heroes to get into homes with minimal down payment.
