Welcome to NextHome South Sound located in DuPont, Washington, adjacent to JBLM.
As the Designated Managing Broker/Owner and full time real estate consultant for 18 years, I help clients evaluate all their options including selling, buying, renting and property management. Through eight deployments and three PCS’s as a military spouse, I understand the challenges of relocation and short-term ownership unique to our military connected families.
My experience and expertise is a resource to help you make solid decisions that support your long term goals. I am a Pacific Northwest Native and 20-year resident of DuPont. My knowledge of the local market helped me become the top selling volume agent from 2018 through 2023, in my home town.
