My rate is 2.5% for military buyers and sellers. For buyers, the seller is sometimes (but not always) willing to cover the commission; but we can negotiate alternatives.

Hello and welcome!
After serving the Air Force for 23 years, I want to provide better real estate services to people than my family and I got during some of our moves. Now working as a Realtor, I offer my services at a discount to my fellow veterans and to those still serving. My family and I PCS'd to the midlands (Shaw AFB) in 2020 and love the availability of good and affordable housing. We purchased a beautiful home in northeast Richland County and have made this our home for the long haul!
For home buyers, I go above and beyond what typical agents do for their clients. Many of my buyers are relocating to South Carolina and aren't local, so I conduct virtual showings via recorded and/or live video to make sure that people can get a better feel for a home they might be interested in. Pictures don't tell the whole story, but a video tour goes a long way. I can even provide scans and measurements of the floor plan, to really help a client understand how things are laid out.
For home sellers, I am one of a tiny handful of agents in South Carolina with a SYSTEM and a track record of getting home sellers MORE money in LESS time for their homes. So many agents out there do the bare minimum and put little or no effort into actually SELLING their listings. They do what I call "the P's": they Put some photos in the MLS, Put a sign in the yard, Put the house in the rear view mirror, and Pray that someone calls. I have a 12-step process that makes every house look unique and fresh, getting buyers in the door and getting offers in front of my sellers.
