About Us
I am a third generation Arizonan and I have lived in many different parts of the valley, including the Phoenix metropolitan and Scottsdale areas. I come from a long line of family members who have served, including both of my grandfathers (Army and Air Force), my father who served in the Navy, and a nephew who served as a Marine.
I have over twenty years of experience providing clients with high level, responsive, and extraordinary customer experiences. Prior to real estate, I worked with industry leaders like Nordstrom to provide my clients with seamless customer service and memorable hospitality, in a sales environment. I bring those same core values, business ethos, and sales experience to my work in the Arizona real estate market.
My passion is focused on helping clients achieve their objectives with the sale, purchase, or lease of residential and commercial properties (see commercial category for more info.). I welcome working with military families, as well as out-of-state, or international buyers. Having been personally affected by disability, I find it very rewarding in working with individuals and families who have special needs from disability or mobility challenges. Sales in the last 12 months range from $270-1.18 million. I have Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certification, Assumable Certifications for VA/FHA, as well as course completion of ABR and Land Sales. I currently serve on the SAAR Commercial Council, SAAR RAPAC Committee and am part of the SAAR Leadership Academy Class of 2024.
I am privileged to work hand in hand with Jim Kuttner, a former Airmen himself, who has over 20 years of experience in the Arizona real estate market.
